30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with every tool you pay for. If you are not, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, with no need to give a reason.

This guarantee applies to the first payment of a plan and to each renewal, counted from the date of that payment.

How to request a refund

1. Write to us at info@appskit.online from the email address used for the purchase. Include your order number if you have it.
2. We process the refund within 7 days. The money goes back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. If you cancel within 30 days of a payment, you can also ask for that payment to be refunded.

EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as described in our Terms & conditions. Our 30-day guarantee covers that period and goes beyond it.
